Strip properties run vendor logistics like small airports — marshaling yards, security escorts, freight elevators booked in fifteen-minute blocks, union questions on some floors. We have worked inside those systems and we handle the paperwork directly with your venue contact so your planner is not translating. Off-Strip venues and the growing desert-estate scene toward Red Rock and Henderson are looser: those run like California load-ins with better sunsets.
Why the embroidery bar fits Vegas weddings specifically
Vegas guest lists are almost entirely fly-ins making a weekend of it, which does two things. First, the welcome-party bar works overtime — it is often the only moment the whole list is in one room before the ceremony. Second, keepsakes beat objects: nobody wants to fly home with a candle, but a cap with your initials packs flat and clears TSA. Bachelorette robe bars are the sleeper booking here; suite parties at the big properties give us a perfect corner, and the robes photograph all weekend.
The planning notes that matter
Book six-plus weeks out — garment sourcing and resort paperwork both want the runway. Multi-day programs (welcome party Friday, reception Saturday) carry crew lodging on top of the travel fee but share one load-in, which softens the total. Summer pool-deck events are doable with shade and airflow for the machines; we will be honest with you about August at 4pm. And if your afterparty runs late — this is Vegas, it does — the machine can run past midnight for the cost of the extra staffed hours, not a surcharge.
